Libraries are joining in the Olympic festivities with a family program including the "A Trottinette" strolling show by the company Les Grandes personnes from Aubervilliers.
Monique is a rather coquettish local pensioner who has taken up an electric scooter and is very proud of it. K.-S., is a young neighbor, obsessed with his laptop and his games. At first, they walk and whirl around, ignoring each other and the neighborhood. Then, suddenly, they see each other… They tease, tease and taunt each other to the point of provoking each other…
The new scooter is the object of much envy. But little by little, they get to know themselves with the help of a musician who prowls around them and slowly amuses them, making them dance with each other and with passers-by.
