How to get to the competition site

Taking a shuttle

Get to competition venues from several Paris stations thanks to the dedicated shuttle service for disabled people and wheelchair users and their companions. This service is reserved for spectators with a disability ticket and their companions. These are the only shuttles with access to drop-off zones.
Reserve your shuttle up to 48 hours before each session.

Coming by car

Disabled spectators can get to the competition site by motorized vehicle (cab, adapted cab, personal vehicle…) by stopping at a dedicated drop-off zone. This drop-off zone is accessible to all types of vehicle but does not allow parking.
Reserved disability parking spaces are on rue Desgenettes, 75007 Paris (48°51'44.3 "N 2°18'34.5 "E).
Find the drop-off/pick-up and parking zones on the map above.

I take public transport

Consult the Île-de-France Mobilités, RATP and Paris 2024 transport public for websites and mobile applications for buses and stations recommended for people with disabilities.
Disabled spectators can benefit from personalized assistance from the drop-off zone to the site entrance, provided by City of Paris volunteers trained at the Point Accueil Accessibilité located at 48°51'42.4 "N 2°18'33.8 "E.
For Invalides, the "Invalides" station on the RER C line is the nearest accessible station.
Find public transport stations on the map above.

How is the on-site reception going?

People with disabilities or special needs can receive additional help from Paris 2024 volunteers, including priority access, mobility assistance, hearing loops and a dog-friendly area. After the site entrances (located 48°51'45.1 "N 2°18'47.7 "E and 48°51'45.0 "N 2°18'48.8 "E), an information desk will remain open.
