How do I get to the competition site?
Taking a shuttle
Get to competition venues from several Paris stations thanks to the dedicated shuttle service for disabled people and wheelchair users and their companions. This service is reserved for spectators with a disability ticket and their companions. These are the only shuttles with access to drop-off zones located at 48°52'10.1 "N 2°18'39.5 "E.
Reserve your shuttle up to 48 hours before each session.
I come with a motorized vehicle
Disabled spectators can get to the competition site by motorized vehicle (cab, adapted cab, personal vehicle…) by stopping at a dedicated drop-off zone. This drop-off zone is accessible to all types of vehicle but does not allow parking.
Reserved disability parking spaces are on Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris ( 48°52'12.1 "N 2°18'43.2 "E). The nearest Indigo paying underground parking lot "Rond Point des Champs Elysées" at Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris.
Public transport

Disabled spectators can benefit from personalized assistance from the drop-off zone to the site entrance, provided by City of Paris volunteers trained at the Point Accueil Accessibilité located at 48°52'09.9 "N 2°18'38.2 "E.
For the Grand Palais, "Invalides" station on RER line C is the nearest accessible station.
For the Alexander III Bridge:
- Invalides" station on the RER C line is the nearest accessible station for Tribune A / Tribunes C to F.
- Pont de l'Alma" station on the RER C line is the nearest accessible station to Tribune B.
How does on-site reception work?
People with disabilities or special needs can receive additional help from Paris 2024 volunteers, including priority access, mobility assistance, hearing loops and a dog-friendly area. After entering the site (located 48°52'01.0 "N 2°18'49.5 "E, 48°51'59.3 "N 2°18'49.4 "E and 48°51'56.5 "N 2°18'49.0 "E), an information desk will remain open.
