The City of Paris supports 52 top level athletes in their preparation for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
They all dream of shining at the Paris Games; the City of Paris is supporting 52 athletes as they prepare for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
This assistance includes financial aide, 3,000 euros for the year, housing assistance if needed and employment assistance for athletes looking for jobs, apprenticeships or internships. The scheme puts them in touch with the city partners, local authority's departments or other schemes and contracts.
This support extends to training, thanks to partnerships with universities or training/retraining organizations, and the possibilities in terms of sports facilities and training slots are exploited to the full to provide these athletes with the best possible preparation conditions.
Last but not least, communications support helps to raise the profile of these potential Olympic and Paralympic medalists.
