I'm looking for professional training

Paris Tous En Jeux

The "Paris Tous En Jeux" program is aimed primarily at Parisians living in low-income neighborhoods, under qualified people, young people under 30, long-term job-seekers, senior job-seekers and disabled workers.
The aim is to offer additional professional training to local residents in major activity sectors identified by Paris 2024, which are currently being updated (construction, cleaning and waste management, security, logistics, entertainment and sports).
Presentations of the various training courses will be organized, depending on the start-up schedule, either in the Points Paris Emploi of the City of Paris and in Pôle Emploi agencies, or directly by the training organizations.
The schedule for these presentations and registration details will be available on the emploi.paris.fr platform.

I'd like to work for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee

The Organizing Committee is recruiting nearly 4,500 new employees. Vacancies are regularly updated and cover a wide range of profiles.
Joining Paris 2024 means helping to welcome 13.5 million spectators from all over the world, supporting several thousand volunteers, enabling 15,000 of the world's champions to perform, but also thrilling 4 billion viewers with 100,000 hours of TV broadcasts, facilitating the work of 20,000 accredited journalists, and helping to organize unforgettable, festive and popular ceremonies.

ParisCode and ParisFabrik, two forward-thinking schemes for the Games

The ParisCode program aims to train 1,000 Parisian job-seekers a year, promising jobs in the digital sector: web and mobile development, cyber-security, digital marketing/data processing. The target groups include job-seekers within the city's priority neighborhoods, school and university dropouts, under-represented women in digital professions and people in the second half of their careers.
The ParisFabrik program, launched in 2018, aims to support circular economy structures through an annual call for projects by setting up training courses in emerging trades and industries that are shaping the city's future.

Businesses: bidding for Games contracts

A number of platforms exist to help companies and VSB/SMEs, particularly those in the social economy sector (SES).
  • Entreprises 2024 / VSB/SME: a platform listing information needed to access economic and social opportunities linked to the organization of major international sporting events hosted by France, including the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
  • SES 2024: a link between Olympic and Paralympic Games organizers and the world of social entrepreneurship and the circular economy, SES 2024 informs, mobilizes and supports business working in the social and solidarity economy allowing them to be at the heart of the organization of the Games.
  • Maximilien: a portal for dematerializing public authority support in the Paris region, making it more accessible, particularly to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • To help people at a disadvantage get back into employment, the City of Paris includes integration clauses in its contracts. The "Ensemble Paris Emploi Compétences" (EPEC) association is the City of Paris' facilitator for using public authority support as a lever for sustainable employment and supporting companies in their integration strategy.
