Celebrating this milestone, the association is hosting a cross-training competition to promote the sport. Participants, either solo or in teams, will aim to complete as many repetitions as possible on an exercise circuit designed by the coaches. And for those not competing, there's the option to train alongside the competitors or simply offer encouragement.
