Dedicated shuttles
A shuttle service dedicated to ticketed people with disabilities and wheelchair users and their companions has been set up to reach each of the Paris 2024 Games competition venues from several stations in Paris. This service is only available with prior reservation, possible up to 48 hours before the start of your session. Given the expected crowds on the public transport network, this specific service will be the preferred solution for these spectators.

By motorized vehicle
A drop-off zone and parking spaces for disabled spectators are planned at Avenue Matignon (75 008 Paris). For full access details, visit the accessibility page of the official Paris 2024 Games website.
By public transport
Visit the Ile-de-France Mobilités website to find out which public transport lines and stations are most suitable for people with disabilities.
For each competition venue, find out on the official Paris 2024 Games website which public transport lines and stations are preferable for people with reduced mobility.
Whatever their preferred means of access, disabled spectators will be able to benefit from dedicated assistance from the drop-off zone to the site entrance. These trained volunteers will be present at the Accessibility Welcome Point near the drop-off/pick-up zones, shuttle buses and parking areas.
On-site reception
People with disabilities or special needs are welcomed on site by Paris 2024 volunteers. This includes priority access to the site, a mobility support service, hearing loops and a dog-friendly area.
