How to access the red perimeter?

For the four road races, a protection perimeter (red area on the maps) will be deployed for a few hours around the course. To access this perimeter, it will not be necessary to register in advance on a digital platform (unlike the perimeters of the competition sites).
Pedestrians and cyclists will be allowed to move around the race course without proof of authorization. The same applies to cargo bikes, which will have to pass through certain access points identified in the red perimeter, subject to police control.
Crossing points will be set up to allow people to cross the competition courses on foot (subject to crowds and progress of the race).
Cars and motorized two-wheeled vehicles will be not be allowed access into the red perimeter for the duration of the race. Access will only be granted in exceptional circumstances, and will be managed by police at checkpoints. Access for emergency services will be provided via crossing points.
