Paris je t'aime - Office de Tourisme, now located at SPOT24 (15th arrondissement), aims to accelerate the transition towards greener energies, enhance the visitor experience and promote local economies. To this end, it is launching the Hospitality Manifesto and the new myparisjetaime service to bring together a community of committed, like-minded organizations.
Outlining the future of tourism. Hosting the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games means the City of Paris is making a commitment to tourists and tourism alongside Paris je t'aime - Office de Tourisme de Paris and tourism professionals by publishing a first "Hospitality Manifesto".
The aim of this document is to enhance Paris' appeal and facilitate the organization of major events based on a responsible and sustainable hospitality approach. Orchestrated by Paris je t'aime - Office de Tourisme, this document bears the fruits of a collaborative effort between the City of Paris, institutions, professional federations and partners.
The Manifesto is based on three key principles: the transition towards a greener future, visitor experience and local economies. They are applied in a concrete, customized way to each of the nine allied business sectors: accommodation, catering, events and festive venues, third-party venues, transport & mobility, cultural & leisure activities, services, incoming agencies and event organizers, and training.

Ecological transition and a "different Paris"
For each commitment and each sector, concrete proposals are communicated to the allies of the Manifesto.
Regarding the ecological transition, the proposals revolve around anti-waste, getting rid of single-use plastic, accessibility and inclusion, and giving preference to service providers committed to a sustainable approach.
Visitor experience will be made as wide ranging and as fluid as possible with offers such as staff training, introduction to bilingual communications media, digital payment and reservation systems.
These offers promote local ecosystems and ambassadors. The "Paris autrement" (Paris differently) project is a step away from traditional tourist circuits that allow one to discover new and authentic tourism, as well as active participation in the local economy.
The new "Myparisjetaime" service
Signing this Manifesto means adhering to and respecting its values, and becoming a true partner of Paris je t'aime. The tourist office provides a communication kit with physical tools (badges, business cards, stickers) and digital tools (banners, logos, QR codes), in French and English.
Paris je t'aime also offers a new service, " Myparisjetaime ": a web application for all visitors and tourists, listing hotels, restaurants, museums, parks, as well as pharmacies, water points, local shops and artisans, and transport, using a geolocation system.
