La Voix de Sarah presents the "Cri d'Alerte" exhibition to raise awareness of violence in sport.
Through a selection of 20 photographs never before exhibited in France, the "Cri d'alerte" exhibition tackles the theme of violence in sport. The aim of the exhibition is to continue Sarah's work of freeing the word. To continue to break the taboo that often surrounds sexual assaults, to encourage victims to speak freely and to seek help. The aim of "Cri d'alerte" is to raise awareness in a subtle way, to open up discussions, and at the same time to offer a visually pleasing exhibition.
The association La Voix de Sarah was founded in January 2022 by Sarah Abitbol, a figure skater with a world-class record. In the midst of the #MeToo movement, the release of Sarah's book "Un si long silence", followed shortly afterwards by a documentary on France2, sent shockwaves through the sporting world. By freeing her own voice after 30 years of silence, Sarah Abitbol has also freed that of others. She denounced a system and launched #MeToo in sport.
La Voix de Sarah (Sarah's Voice) speaks out at conferences and debates, and provides support to all victims of violence in sport. To achieve this, the association offers comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
