Firm in the belief that well-being should not be exclusive to the affluent, the Nour association has dedicated itself since 2019 to fostering social inclusion through the provision of solidarity yoga sessions. These initiatives are specifically targeted at individuals in situations of exile or precariousness. Through these collective practice sessions, she aims to create spaces for encounters between people from different backgrounds. Each session lasts forty-five minutes, with a muscular awakening (gentle and active) and a series of postures. Finally, the sessions end with games and entertainment, perfect for getting to know each other and sharing a moment of conviviality with everyone!
